
交流伺服電機的原理
交流伺服電機的結構主要可分為兩部分,即定子部分和轉子部分。其中定子的結構與旋轉變壓器的定子基本相同,在定子鐵心中也安放著空間互成90度電角度的兩相繞組。其中一組為激磁繞組,另一組為控制繞組,交流伺服電動機是一種兩相的交流電動機。 交流伺服電機使用時,激(ji)磁(ci)(ci)繞(rao)(rao)組兩(liang)端(duan)施加恒定(ding)的激(ji)磁(ci)(ci)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)Uf,控(kong)制繞(rao)(rao)組兩(liang)端(duan)施加控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)Uk。當(dang)定(ding)子繞(rao)(rao)組加上電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)后,伺服電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機很快就(jiu)會轉動(dong)起來。 通入勵磁(ci)(ci)繞(rao)(rao)組及控(kong)制繞(rao)(rao)組的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機內產生一個旋轉磁(ci)(ci)場(chang),旋轉磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)的轉向決定(ding)了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機的轉向,當(dang)任意(yi)一個繞(rao)(rao)組上所加的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)反(fan)相時,旋轉磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)的方(fang)(fang)向就(jiu)發生改(gai)變,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機的方(fang)(fang)向也發生改(gai)變。
交流伺服電機內部(bu)的轉子是(shi)永(yong)磁(ci)鐵(tie),驅(qu)動器(qi)(qi)(qi)控(kong)制的U/V/W 三相電形成電磁(ci)場,轉子在此磁(ci)場的作用下轉動,同時(shi)電機自(zi)帶的編碼器(qi)(qi)(qi)反饋信號給(gei)驅(qu)動器(qi)(qi)(qi),驅(qu)動器(qi)(qi)(qi)根(gen)據(ju)反饋值(zhi)與目標(biao)值(zhi)進行比較(jiao),調整轉子轉動的角度(du)。伺服電機的精度(du)決定于編碼器(qi)(qi)(qi)的精度(du)(線數(shu))。

直流伺服(fu)電(dian)(dian)機分為有(you)刷(shua)和無(wu)(wu)刷(shua)電(dian)(dian)機:有(you)刷(shua)電(dian)(dian)機成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)低,結構簡單,啟動轉矩大,調速范圍寬(kuan),控制容易,需要(yao)(yao)維護(hu),但維護(hu)方(fang)便(換碳刷(shua)),產生電(dian)(dian)磁干擾,對(dui)環(huan)境有(you)要(yao)(yao)求。因(yin)此它可(ke)(ke)以(yi)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)對(dui)成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)敏感(gan)的普通工業和民用(yong)(yong)場合;無(wu)(wu)刷(shua)電(dian)(dian)機體積小,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,出力(li)大,響應快(kuai),速度高(gao),慣量(liang)小,轉動平滑,力(li)矩穩定。控制復(fu)雜,容易實現智能(neng)化,其電(dian)(dian)子換相方(fang)式靈(ling)活(huo),可(ke)(ke)以(yi)方(fang)波(bo)換相或正(zheng)弦波(bo)換相。電(dian)(dian)機免維護(hu),效率很(hen)高(gao),運行(xing)溫度低,電(dian)(dian)磁輻射很(hen)小,長壽命,可(ke)(ke)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)各種環(huan)境。
交(jiao)流伺服(fu)電機(ji)也是無(wu)刷電機(ji),分(fen)為同步和異步電機(ji),目前運(yun)動(dong)控(kong)制中一般都用(yong)同步電機(ji),它的功率范圍大,可以(yi)做到很(hen)大的功率。大慣量,最高轉(zhuan)動(dong)速(su)度(du)低,且隨著功率增大而快(kuai)速(su)降低。因而適(shi)合做低速(su)平穩運(yun)行的應用(yong)。
